Anthony is a driven and accomplished businessman who was born and raised in Temecula, California. During his youth, he was a tri-sport athlete, participating in football, wrestling, and track and field. As the oldest of five siblings, he learned the value of hard work and determination early on, at one point juggling three jobs while attending school full-time.
After graduating from Palomar College, Anthony continued his education at Cal State San Marcos, earning a degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. He began his professional career as a Field Test Engineer for Nokia, where he contributed to network projects for major carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Although he had previously worked in hourly and salaried positions, Anthony took a leap into the performance-based industry when he transitioned into business management and marketing.
Stepping out of his comfort zone, Anthony pursued a new career in sales and marketing. Through the guidance of exceptional mentors and participation in a comprehensive Management Training Program, he honed his leadership, business development, and team-building skills. Today, he serves as the CEO of Pinnacle Marketing Solutions, where he has successfully managed operations across multiple markets including Temecula, Riverside County, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Ohio, Indiana, and Texas.
Anthony has proudly partnered with renowned clients such as Reborn, Assurance Wireless, Sprint, Verizon, Start New Financial, and Ready Refresh. He remains dedicated to leading by example, driving results, and continuing his pursuit of becoming a Regional and National partner on the West Coast.
Outside of work, Anthony values quality time with his wife and their three beautiful children. Together, they love to travel, explore new places, experience different cultures, and enjoy great food along the way.
Anthony Ergino is the CEO of Pinnacle Marketing Solutions, where he leads a diverse portfolio of clients across California, Texas, Boise, Ohio, and Florida. With over 16 years of combined experience in engineering, sales, and marketing, Anthony brings a unique blend of analytical precision and strategic creativity to every partnership he builds.
Before founding Pinnacle Marketing Solutions, Anthony spent eight years as an engineer with Nokia, where he developed strong technical and leadership skills. His passion for people and performance inspired him to transition into sales and marketing — a career shift that allowed him to combine innovation, strategy, and relationship-building to help businesses grow and succeed.
Anthony studied Sociology and Psychology at Palomar College and California State University San Marcos, building a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, and communication — all of which he applies in leading his teams and connecting with clients.
A former tri-sport athlete in football, wrestling, and track and field, Anthony brings the same discipline, teamwork, and drive into his professional life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, working out, exploring beaches, and traveling.
Looking ahead, Anthony’s goals include expanding his leadership as a Regional and National Consultant by 2026 and serving as a Program Manager dedicated to helping clients and teams thrive across the United States.

Has a background in Healthcare Administration for about 14 years processing medical claims for a couple of local hospitals here in San Diego. However, found that she was fighting for a higher pay, a higher position and growth within the company and was able to find that here at Divergent. Now our Junior Director dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders. With a passion for teaching and training, Christina focuses on empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
